ANYTIME
Mass Gainer should be combined with a high-calorie diet and weight training or other high-intensity exercise. Use Mass Gainer in conjunction with the food you normally eat for additional daily calories. Do not use Mass Gainer in place of meals.
Mixing Directions
Add two (2) heaping scoops of Mass Gainer with 20-24 oz. of water, or milk, in a shaker cup or blender and mix it up!
Alternate Suggested
Mix in a blender, add your favorite fruit, a tablespoon of peanut or tree nut butter, and ice to the above, mix, and enjoy a protein-fortified smoothie! Calorie-Dense Suggested Mix In a blender, add one (1) serving of Mass Gainer, 20-24 oz. of whole milk, and two (2) scoops of ice cream. Blend and enjoy a protein-fortified shake!
