Creatine may be best used after workouts and with meals.
Unflavored Creatine Powder
Mix (1) one scoop with 6-12oz. of protein shake, fruit juice, workout supplement, or your favorite cold beverage.
Flavored Creatine Powder
Mix (1) one scoop with 8-12oz. of water, workout supplement, or your favorite cold beverage.
Alternate Suggested Use
Creatine loading: Consume 20g creatine daily for 5 days to help promote muscle saturation. Then reduce daily dosage to 3-5g for maintenance.
